How would the response of the 390 bosses compare to the targas on a 151 neversummer SL? (I'm 135 lbs)

I only have small ski hills within 3-4 hours of my city so that's where I'll be most of the time. I spend no time in the park, and only go up to the mountains in BC maybe once or twice a year.

I'm assuming the 390's will be enough for the most part, but how much response would I actually lose not going with the targas? Would the 390's hold up at high speeds?

390s (no fucking apostrophe!) will be plenty for that board and the described riding. Targas would be overkill.
