a large will work, but I think a medium would be better.
I have a pair of L cartels with size 10 burton boots and I have to bottom out every ratchet in order to get them tight. I had a pair of M Burton customs last year and I liked the fit a lot better. The cartel is a better binding that the custom, I just wish I would have gotten it in a M |

I got a size 10 boot with the large Cartels. . .ankle strap is on lowest setting and it is annoying to be bottoming out so i ordered a medium ankle strap. toe strap is fine and that toe strap is really awesome.....getting the medium strap seemed better that loosing a bunch on resale and buying the mediums.

This sounds like a good option for me because I bottom out both my toe and ankle straps on my cartels. |
