Default Big Props to Burton customer service

The toe buckle on my Cartel's broke. The spring in the buckle failed and the ratchet no longer snapped back when I tightened my toe strap. I could still use the strap, the ratchet spring just broke.

I Emailed Burton and they sent out a new buckle for both toe straps so they match.

The piece came in less than a week which was sick!

Very happy with the service I received from Burton.

Burton has amazing customer service

replaced two broken baseplates for me

sent me a brand new bottom section to my binding too

no ?'s asked
