The 2012 Burton Prophecy bindings had a dual-component baseplate that was supposed to give a ride very close to the EST "feel" even though they were ReFlex bindings. Anybody know how they compare with the new 2014 Cartel EST Limited bindings (with the Hinge)? In particular which of them would have the best edge-to-edge response and damping.
Thanks! |

If you're contemplating buying new bindings for your ICS board, why not get bindings made exactly for setup? I'm sure Burton puts a ton of R & D into their proprietary system, and i've heard nothing but great things about the hinge. You'll also get easier adjustability by using the system as it's meant to be used, and a lighter setup if that matters.
