Flow binding question

I have some 2011 Flow quattro SE bindings and I need to replace that center puck thingie. I was using these with a custom x with the ICS system so had an adapter kit... and lost the original puck thingies.

So what are the puck thingies actually called and are they something generic that I can pick up anywhere or that I have to order from Flow?
