I wouldn't get the customs. not bad but nothing special either. looking at evo.com I'd say your best choice is to get the raiden zeros for $126 here:

Raiden Zero Snowboard Bindings 2013 | evo

Awesome park binding to get with a great park board in the draft. i have a pair of raiden zeros and absolutely love them! best binding i've ever ridden. i paid about $145 for the 2012 model about 2 months ago and you can get the 2013 for only $126. seems like a steal to me

Or try out some Flux's! There are tons of options if you are looking for a simple entry level binding, and you can get some good deals right now! Try the TT30, or RK30!

Draft is a park board right? Then if you're dead fricken set on Burton bindings, I'd go for Cartels or Malavitas. If you want Customs, try to get the Restricted version with the Re:Flex disc.

Ya the Draft is probably Arbor's softest flexing park board. I wouldn't get Cartels with the Draft, they'll be a little stiff. Possibly the Malavitas but they're still not a designated park binding. I still say the Raidens are one of the best choices for a pure park binding that can handle most other runs effectively as well. Also, it's by far the best binding for your style for the price on Evo.com if that's where you're primarily looking to purchase the bindings.

I prolly forgot to mention my main use for this setup,
For the next couple of seasons I won't be hitting much park.
Mostly presses butters basically goofing around on the ground,
Maybe a few booters and foot high boxes and that be it :)
So I don't really think I need any crazy park specific binding
Or any other "specific" or "dedicated" binding of any kind...

You'd still want something softer to get you leaned out over those presses though.

Customs won't be soft enough?

Sudden_Death 04-05-2013 02:05 AM

I think I misread it, thought you meant you'd only be focusing on butters and ground tricks not just occasional. In that case Customs or similar would be fine.

Grasec 04-05-2013 04:02 AM

I will be mostly doing butters, but in between I'd still like to jump some booters, slide some foot high rails and boxes, carve a few turns here and there...
So That's why I don't think I need the softest binding out there...
