Binding Question

So I just did a pretty rough placement of binding...no idea how it works, but I feel comfortable with it.

anyway I got the burton 3 hole system...

After I did the placement of the bindings, I noticed an extra binding screw hole showing.

Is it normal to leave a hole exposed or am I doing something wrong like placing them too far apart?

It looks to me in the 1st pic that the high backs are set more the wrong way and not going to give correct pressure to the heel side of the board, but not easy to see in the pic...

What kind of board is it, in a true twin etc, offset, have you measured to check on distance between bindings etc...???

There is plenty you can do to set the bindings right, ideally your stance should be about 30% of your height, so if you are 180cm, then about 60cm would be good.

That is the difference between the centre of the bindings, so get a tape and get some measurements..

The rest depends on personal preference and how you ride, but clearer pics and more details will get you more accurate info and help from people...

Looks like a custom x (aggressive all mountain)

How does it look with the boots in? Equal toe and heel overhang?
