Highback not touching boot?
I recently got some Burton Escapades for my gf's board.
However when I was adjusting them for her, the high backs of the binding do not touch the back of the boot. There is rough a 1/2 - 1 inch gap there.
I was wondering if this makes a difference? I could always adjust the forward lean to compensate but this seems kind of weird? It was under my assumption that all highbacks should be touching the boot.
I did search the forum and the only thread that popped up was one from a few years ago. It said that the highbacks don't have to touch the back of the boot but I also googled it and other ppl said it should? They stated that the highback helps create more pressure when you stop heelside. Thanks!
