Cartel Mounting Plates

Burton was kind enough to send me new mounting plates...but the multi/4-bolt disk dosen't seem to fit. I believe they are missing an essential grove that is included in the the 3d disk they sent me. I want to mount them to a Never Summer board so I have to use the 4-bolt pattern.

Can anyone confirm that the mount plates I need exist? Or, is the equipment I have what I need and I am having a "special" moment.

Yeah mate I just recently got the cartels - they come with 3 base plates. The first one (full circle) is for the channel if I recall correctly, the second is the 3 hole. The 4x4 is shaped like )( with only 2 half circles.

When you call Burton, you have to specifically say the reflex 4x4 else they will send you the ones that don't fit.

They did the same thing to me when I called about missing discs on my Cartels. I asked about 4x4 discs and they sent me the full circle ones. I called back after receiving them and told that they were the wrong ones and that I needed the reflex ones.
