2012 Flux TT30
How's Flux TT30 as all mountain bindings?
I'm kind of looking for something similar flex to Ride Deltas before it was discontinued or renamed. I quite liked its flex but I got rid of it to try other bindings
If Ride Deltas were renamed, what's the new name?
I always wanted to try Flux bindings, and my local is selling TT30 for a good price.
Hey! Hope I can help you out! I work for Flux... so I may be biased... but the TT's are some of the comfiest bindings out there. The TT's are an outstretch of the dated Flux 'Titans.' The TT has been our most popular binding for years for a reason. The TT is an all mountain binding with a mid-flex. It is not the softest in our line up, it is not the stiffest in our line up, its not the lightest, but it is everything you need. New Flux team rider Tyler Lynch uses it, and this year we collaborated with him to bring TT's to his homies--GBP!
I've never ridden the Ride Delta, but to my knowledge... it has a responsive highback. The TT will give you response in the highback for edge to edge turns and quicknees for tweaking tricks
Let me know if you have any Flux questions! Hope to help ya out!
Lady Flintstone, i have a question for you re TT30's...
I'm riding a pair of 2011 TT30's which I'm very satisfied with but at the same time, I'm tempted to try something stiffer.
I note that there have been a lot of changes made to the binding for 2013 such as a new base and highback, and I would like to know if there is any change in stiffness compared to my bindings.
The design of the newer TT's is going to make them a little softer then previous seasons Titans. You can tell by looking at them they are a little more milled out, and these sections are where you will get some flex. However, the TT is still made from the same tough fiber-glass mixture as previous seasons, so the stability is still there.
If you want to try something stiffer then the TT's I would suggest the SF's. Its a team favorite because it is super quick and responsive. The ankle straps are wider also to hold ya in super tight.
Let me know if you have any other Flux'n questions
