Bindings for Lib Tech T Rice

Hello everyone! I'm looking to replace my Ride CAD bindings for my Lib Tech T Rice Pro 157cm 2013.
I don't know the flex rating of my Ride CAD, but I think it's similar with Ride El Hefe rating and it is a little bit stiff for me
I really love how Rome 390 Boss 2013 look like in green color! But I afraid they will be a little soft for T Rice

I wanted Union Contact Pro for a long time but a lot of people complain on their strap system. And this problem not only with Contacts Pro, it seems, with Atlas & Forces the same problem

What problem with the contact pros? I believe T Rice is riding Factory bindings, isn't that why they've got the T Rice color way for the Factory bindings and the Asymbol Union collaboration binding is Union Factory
