where to work in Canada

24 y.o. aussie wanting any pointers/tips on where i should work a season in canada for 2012/13.
Open to any suggestions, intermediate both in the park and on mountain skiing and boarding.
Kicking Horse, Revelstoke, Castle Mountain and whistler are mountains on my shortlist.
Any info would be greatly appreciated i.e. what the average conditions are throughout the season, accomodation etc.
i love powder however very limited time on pow would love to spend alot more.
good snow, terrain to entertain me for an entire season, some form of park no matter how small for those spring riding days.
