Default advice...buy GNU ALT GENENICS '08 $300 or something better

Hi, what do you think about this board? I'm about to use it for all mountain/free ride. Is it a good board? Maybe you can suggest me something better? Also, I can get brand new Salomon SPX 45 '08 model large bindings for $100 to use with this board. Are they good for this board and this type of riding? Please help me out here, Thanks!

Holy heck, yes, that board sounds like it'll suit you just fine. Don't think so much, and just do.

You'd better put your plans on hold for boards/bindings and get those first then...

you mean boots/bindings ? because the board deal wont last long. So after the board I should get boots first and then bindings right?

Boots, board, bindings, in that order. Though I suppose you could buy your board, and hope for the best. If things don't work out size wise, (it should, with size 11 shoes, though you can't be too sure till you buy it)you can always sell it...

192?...No. I doubt a board that size even exists...For around 160, get a 157ish or 160. But a 157 is probably better, just because you're going to be doing a bit of freestyling too.
