I'll be specific:
I've got one season under my belt. I'm 5'8" & 175. I wear a size 11 boot.
I have a 2011 burton clash ez-v rocker 155. It's my first board and used it a dozen times last season. I got to the point I could link quick turns (not full C turns yet).
I just got a ridiculous deal on a new burton TWC in 156 wide. It's slightly wider but only by 1/4" at the center. I measured base side on line with center of bindings. The new one is 1/2" wider using that line.
Will that be very noticeable?
What difference can I expect (feel, turns, straight ahead, etc)?
Any opinions would be appreciated but hopefully based on experience or technical expertise.
