going to the shop tomorrow..boots to stay away from?

I'm waking up early and going to the board shop tomorrow before work to look at boots. Any boots I should def look at (hopefully all of them) and which boots should I stay away from. They carry mostly Burton and 32, so I guess my selection is limited, but is there any particular boots I should pay attention to in those 2 choices that have gotten overall good feedback and with which people have had good experiences.

Hails (Burton) have gotten good feedback.

Then you might want to look at Rulers of Ions.

I like thirty two alot. Alot of people dont but i have nothing bad to say about them. check out the tm, and the lashed boot. definitely the best boots they offer this year.

although i got a pair of 32 prions for 79 bucks. they havent been beaten down yet by any means but they seem to hold up pretty well. heat moldable.

I can speak for the Burton Hails...been riding those for two years.
I REALLY like them.

(mind you, previous to these I was riding Vans Lemmings for like 8 years..and those were like wearing converse All Stars!)

Burton's w48 warranty is enough to justify buying bruton. My first season with the Hails, the stitching started spilt in the toe...sent them back..they sent me brand new ones in two days!

I tried the Rulers and Ions...money was not a problem, but I honestly felt more comfortable in the Hails...so that might be where you want to make your decision. What your feet tell you.

The Lashed aren't even close to the best bood 32 has to offer...they hardly stand up to other brands low end stuff. Stay away from them and any other 32 retailing for less than $220...that means don't buy anything less than the TM Twos or the Primes. Ultra lights are a little softer too. If you're at the shop you'll be able to put one model on one foot and another on the other foot and really tell the difference in flex.

Rulers of Ions sounds like a rock band from the 80's. Nice.

If you want a boot that is stiffer than the Hails, you should stay within Burton. The stuff I have heard about 32 is just too sketchy. They don't seem to be built very well. I can't say from experience, but it's worth looking into.
