My fiance is a huge tokidoki fan. She already has the Ride x Tokidoki snowboard with matching bindings which was her beginner board. I wanted to buy her a new board but since tokidoki doesnt make a new model, i figure ill make one instead
I started with a 146 roxy eminence and ended up with my version of a tokidoki board. For all the ladies, what do you think???
she received so many compliments! mostly from moms who think its cute haha
surprisingly the vinyl held up very well! the edges did not lift. you have to cut like 1/2cm or more from the edge so the edge of the vinyl doesnt hit the snow or other boards
After all the talk in the "blank board" thread, and having this thread linked as an example. I was curious, how/where did you have the vinal wrap made? How did you adhere it? Was it a custom job/adhesive done at the shop, or was this a DIY job with some off the shelf product?
It looks great! (...if you're into that sort of anime type stuff!)
My best friend is a HUGE tokidoki fan and she'd punch a baby for this board. Good job!!! I am very impressed and jealous there isn't one on sale I could send her way.
Sooo I've been killing myself looking for a tokidoki board and I saw this gem you made!!! Where on earth did you get the wrap for it????
This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
