I was wondering if you were buy a board that you have not tried out from a buddy or haven't demoed. I am not talking about just randomly listening to some store's person or a random person on the forum raving about this one board. If you have done your research and have read many reviews on it, would you get it?

Oh yes, Just make sure that the proper research is put into figuring out what you want.
Im so glad i have my solomon surface, great ride, perfect flex, no troubles with anything. I just looked at all the reviews I could find and the specs, wouldnt change my board. |

Yup bought my Never Summer SL-R without ever having ridden a Rocker board before. But like the others said i had done several months of research reading any and every article/review/forum post on the internet about it.
