Looking to add to my quiver a strict powder board, for mostly deep glade runs. (For reference, I currently have a 159 Santa Cruz AK, 155 Capita outdoor survival and 161.5 LT T rice pro)
1. Burton Fishcuit
2. Burton Fish
3. Yes 420
4. Jeremy Jones Hovercraft
Anyone test any of these guys yet? Any suggestions other than what I'm looking at?
I've been considering getting a new dedicated pow board to replace my NS Cobra Brother in Arms. My size range seems similar to yours. My short list looks something like:
Capita Charlie Slasher 158/161
Nitro Slash 161
Slash Straight 159
Jones Hovercraft 160
Smokin Pinner 159
I just picked up a 2012 Powder Snake, but have yet to try it.
Also got a new 2010, last of the cambers, Never Summer Summit 172.
& I found one of these things, I heard they're alright in the deep?:dunno:
The Dynastar 3800 163cm, I already have is no pushover though.
It's a pow specific deck & it slays the pow:thumbsup:
Lots of hard booters own them, cause their ain't too many pow sticks that can also lay a trench like this mother fucker.
This is his older brother. It has a nose like a boats hull.
Pretty rare:bowdown:, people that own them, don't usully give them up.

This looks liek a sweet deck!
I'm sorry I don't understand what your asking exactly but my suggestion was because WhiskeyMilitia is DepartmentofGoods and Dogfunks wholesale site and this morning saw a Hovercraft come up on the current fix side of WhiskeyMilitia for a smoking deal...
I'm saying that if you put that little trick about snagging stuff that you missed up on a public forum, don't be surprised when it stops working. Pm the guy if you want to help him
Mine shows its the Flagship not the Hoovercraft what if any are the big differences between the two if you know off hand as Im sure I could just look up the specs on both and figure it out...
All good choices and you're going to get a thousand different answers; here's mine, I own a 4 year old FISH 160 and f'ing love it, but if I were looking for a new powder board, I'd look at Burton, but it would be the Family Tree, Terje's favorite new powder deck.
good luck, any way you look at it, you're getting a new board :yahoo:
I hope you do - awesome board for certain applications. But Supra was correct in pointing out that it is a very different stick compared with the other pow decks discussed in this thread - Cheetah has more in common with a NS Raptor or Ride Highlife than with a Fish or similar.
I've read what you guys are saying in a few spots and i've also read some guys saying it's a dream in the trees. I know it'll kick ass in the bowls of revvy and chutes of kicking horse! it was cheap and an impulse buy so what ever, something for the quiver.
btw, you were right about the ptex pour thing. did some research and found some cool articles on it. confirmed what you were saying.
