First Board, Need Help

Hello, i am a new member here and I have a couple of questions about buying my first snowboard.

What boards do you recommend for a freestyle/all mountain type
-I was thinking about either getting a burton custom or a forum destroyer
-any other boards that i should look at?

Also should i be looking for a wide board since i am 5'11 and foot size is 12

Tons of boards worth looking at but without your weight it makes it difficult to suggest a good fit...

As far as being a size 12 boot I suggest looking for boards with a waist width between 255mm-261mm or 25.5cm-26.1cm which isnt always a wide board...

Custom is a good all round board. You could ride it for several years.
