Evo or Revolver? Size 10.5 boots

Hi,

I'm 165lbs and wear size 10.5 boots and solomon hologram bindings in sz L. I'd prefer to go with the thinner evo board in a 154 or 157 but the website states that everyone over size 9 should use the revolver, which for me would be a 152 or 155.

For those of you that have ridden with the evo, what are your thoughts?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Evo, you don't need a wide board with a 10.5 foot.

Thanks. I was looking at the size chart here.

Never Summer Evo 4.0 Snowboard 2014 | evo

If the size chart in terms of boot size is wrong, is the chart also wrong in terms of board size? What size board would you recommend? I'm leaning towards the 154 since I think 157 may be too long.

154 is good. The evo has blunted edges so the edge contact on snow is good

Go with the Evo. I wear 10.5-11's on my 155 revolver but they worked fine on the evo i demo'd last year. In hindsight, I wish I didn't jump the gun on the wide board.
