Board Recommendations

Hi

I'm an intermediate level snowboarder and I'd like to know what board you think is more suitable for me. I mainly just cruise/charge down groomers most of the time with some buttering/jumps occasionally.

There seems to be a lot of hype for the Neversummer Proto HD on this forum which makes me really curious to type one but I'm also kind of interested in the Lib Tech T Rice. I snowboard mainly in Ontario/Quebec.

I'm 6 feet tall and about 215 lbs with size 10 boots

Given the riding you've described the t rice is not what you're looking for. There's lots of other options, but none I have experience with.

In order of increasing budget:

Burton process camber
Burton custom camber
Burton custom X

The more charging and less buttering you do, the further down the list I would go.

I only know burton, others can cover the rest of the universe.

Capita defenders of awesome, arbor coda, salomon assassin, burton custom flying v, K2 happy hour, ride buckup/machete, flow era, neversummer SL/proto, nitro team gullwing, Gnu riders choice, lib-tech TRS.

All these boards would work well for you in a 159-162 ish size range. they aren't listed in any particular order. My first choices would be the K2 HH, salomon assassin, or NS proto

Dude, suckin at somethin' is just the first step to bein' sorta good at somethin'
