New board bindings dont fit

Just bought a new supermodel and my switch step ins don't fit like they did on my ride. The last set up I had 4 screws in and to make it fit on my new board I can only fit 3 screws in each plate. Is this ok?

As long as you are using a 3 hole compatible mounting plate it is fine. Burton uses a 3 hole pattern.

Well your biggest problems is that you're using switch step ins.
