That board isn't even from this century. I think that might even be a K2 made in the U.S.A. But as you haven't mentioned a price no clue if you over paid.

Can you post the pics he used for eBay? I'm just curious.

I paid $70 + $19 shipping.... so mad

From the original pics, I can see some hints of the damage now, but that's because I've already seen the board in real life. Just from the pics themselves, I didn't realize.

I think you're right... it must've been a white board and I think he probably left it in the sun. Explains why it's yellow where it's exposed. Definitely not "garaged". What bullshit!!

He paid something. I don't need to know the details to know that it was too much.

For future reference, if someone is taking pics from that far away, it's because they're trying to hide something.

All the K2's from that era faded. Did you over pay? Well yeah, especially with the over saturation of the market with new equipment that's just sitting there. Is it worth crying about? Suck it up and either rectify the situation yourself since no one on here is going to do it or take the lumps as a harsh life lesson.

Thanks, I wish I thought of this sooner.... I just took his words for it.

Even if I can somehow get a full refund, packing this to ship back will be another nightmare.

And honestly, I wouldn't ever buy used snowboard gear on eBay from CO. There's a huge used snowboard market here. Anything that's decent and somewhat reasonably priced is pretty easy to sell on Craigslist. No reason to mess with eBay, seller fees, and shipping when you live here.

Take it to FedEx or UPS, they have Packaging services and will do it all for you.
