VZ Feenom vs Spy Soldier - Snowboarding Forum

Here's my predicament: I'm stuck in the Philippines til the 4th and I wanna hit the slopes ASAP with a new pair of goggles. I plan to order online, have it shipped and just go.

I'm fairly sure that both the Feenom and Soldier will fit my head, seeing as I've never had any problems with any goggles in the past (unless maybe one of theseis weird/different in some way?).

Just wanna know which has the better field of vision and better venting (i.e. fogs less). Oh also, how does the Electric eg.5s compare to these two?

Feenoms for sure over the EG5 and Soldier.

They're huge goggles.

So I guess the Feenoms have the better FOV. Vent-wise, though, who wins? If all things are equal, I'll probably get Feenoms cuz they're just damn sexy.

I've never heard of Von Zipper having major fogging problems.

Oh hey I see that your home mountain is Seymour. This is a longshot, but being from Van myself, do you know how much the Feenoms are in the local stores? I might just drive out to W. 4th or even North Van the day I arrive if I'm not too jet lagged.

Go with the Feenoms. I just picked up a pair and they are awesome.

you cant go wrong with soldiers, i loved mine and they took a beating. nice field of view and very comfy. never fogged either. imo when you get into the upper range of goggles you cant go wrong 90% of the time, its all fit and lens. so which ever ones feel the best on your head, go for it..

I ride the soldiers, and at one time they were some of the widest spherical lens goggles on the market. But not any more. I'm going to pick up some eg2's today. Go with the Feenoms.
