Fixing fine scratches and swirl marks on a topsheet?

Would using Turtle Wax Scratch and Swirl Remover help buff out small cosmetic scratches and swirl marks? I have attached what I have in mind...It says safe for all finishes. Check it out.

it should as long as they arent deep.

hit it up with some paint wax if you want that super shine... and then some paint polish on time :laugh::laugh:
