Default Broken board after first ride... does it need repair?

Took the new board out for a ride yesterday and noticed the damage when I got home. Do I need to do anything about it or should I just rip off the broken piece and continue riding it?

Rip that shit off and keep riding. Put a little epoxy on it if there's any core showing, but I doubt there is.

Rip it off. Sand or file it back to remove any sharp edges that might catch causing a new wound.

check this thread out on another forum about keeping your top sheets nice in the future. for that rip it off file it back and hit it with epoxy if the core is showing.

It works for the whole board too just not the back. I find it deflects shots from rocks and other things as well.

snowboard community forums - do this to your board everyone - Page 1
