My main axe is a Burton T6.
However ... the board is a Ferrari. So, I'm looking for a second board on days when I just want to mess around, hit the trees (you don't take the T6 in the trees!), or be mellow (T6 when you're tired or early in the season can beat you up). So, what is a good all mountain board that's mellower than the T6? I don't spend any time in the park, though I want to learn switch this year (I've been riding since 95 and have never bothered to learn switch ...). FWIW: I've ridden the custom over the years and have never liked it. Always felt to clunky for my taste. I rode an OLD Burton twin and enjoyed that, but too much chatter at times. Thanks!!! |
