Special Blend Pants.. - Snowboarding Forum

I know, I know, Special Blends run big...but how big?? Im still trying to decide between the Annex and the Toofer, (even though the Toofers have insulation and the Annex dont), Im leaning towards the Annex. Anywho... Im 6'5, 220lbs or so and I usually wear a 36 inch jean with a belt. I know a Large would be sufficient but I can get the Annexs now for a steal but only in XL. Would these things be enormous on me and make my legs look like hot air balloons or will they probably just be really baggy?

They don't run very long so you'd need the XXL

weird. my old SB pants didnt run very big at all. they must have changed they way their stuff fits.

My special blend jacket is relatively small compared to my other jackets (empyre and 686). I'd say they fit their pants in the same mannor. Go wih the XL if anything for the length. You prolly have at least a 36-38inch inseam at 6'5.

I dont need an XXL. Those things would look like a parachute around my waist. I have a 34-36 inch waist, and thats still loose on me.

Any other opinions?

Find a local shop with at least one of those options and try both sizes on. Or just find a bunch of pairs you like in the right size and come look online for the better deal. best of luck.

If you're looking at Special Blend's baggy fit, but want something long, look into Sessions gear.
