Default your ideas on new board - LibTech hot knife/Burton sherlock

im looking to get a new board that I can use all mountain...I wont be lapping the park all day but like to get in it from time to time. currently have Burton custom x (hard charger for sure)...local shop suggested lib tech hot knife or burton sherlock....both seem to have good reviews, cant find either to demo....i ride midwest/east coast with at least 1 trip west a year... only ever ridden burton(dont crucify me..ha) i like the custom x but want something a little more forgiving and fun but still good all over...thoughts??? or recommendations welcome as well

Burton's frost bite edges isn't no where as aggressive as magnetraction..., something to consider for East coast ice.
