Can a board be overwaxed?
 

I just bought a new forum destroyer and am wondering if it's bad to wax the board after each day of riding? Ive got my own waxing kit and don't mind doing it. Thanks

if you want to jizz all over your board after every day of riding i don't think anyone will blame you. jizz away. just remember to scrape up good after you're done.

I got odd looks trying to do that in the board shop. Oh you mean waxing it? that makes more sense. :laugh:

i have a destroyer and the factory wax has lasted a solid 3 days of riding already.

odd every board i have had i always wax it before the first run. factory wax suxxors the taint.

the destroyer has a wax impregnented base... so apparently it lasts for a long ass time.

You should abort that wax and impregnate it with some new wax :)

I will obviously wax it after a few more days of riding... but it felt really nice the first couple days i rode it with factory wax... ive only ridden it 4 times.. i will probably wax it after next time.
