i'm 5'11" 180lb all blues and a few blacks (depending on the pow)freerider (no park at all) my deck is a 160 ride decade with burton moto size 9 boots

i'm looking to get away with a pair of bindings $100 and under so i'll be looking at last year's models and i'm down to these three but open to any and all suggestions (no flow) for strap-on

burton mission
ride ex
rome arsenal

if there's something that's a must have in a higher price range i will consider it, too

Of the three listed, I'd go with the Rome's. I'd also consider Union Data bindings if you can find them in that price range.

You can also find last year's Ride Delta's for $100 still. Although it is slightly freestyle oriented, it is a great all around binding to use

I have a buddy lookin too - he rides a 162 havoc size 10.5 boot is 6' and 200lb - same riding style (blues and blacks, no park)
question: are these bindins good for him too? any other suggestions so we don't look like twins when we're together (we already both have Ride decks)

i just got ride ex binding this week, have been out on them 4 times now and like them alot. they seem to be well built and very responsive, lots of adjustment and i like the toe cap...

you wont be upset with the arsenals at all. one of my favorite binders ive ever rode. rome just makes solid bindings. ive decided im getting some 390s after using em this week...

Been doing a lot of research and aside from price and flexibility, there seems to be little difference between the arsenal the 390 and the targa - do you agree? thanks for the input, it's tough to choose - I think I'm leaning toward the arsenals for me (I don't have deep knee bend and the stifness would be awesome for the response) and recommend the 390 or ride ex's for my friend (he doesn't do research)

Damn - I forgot I had the forum Arena's in the mix, too - but since the revamp from 07-08 to this year, I think they're out of my price range...
