Center stance on K2 Raygun

I've been riding a raygun for the past year and the default stance on it is 3/4" setback. Lately I've been trying to get into riding park more so I was wondering if I should shift my stance up towards the tip of the board to try and center it and widen the distance between them like a park board to make it easier for me to balance on boxes/rails and jumps. I was wondering what your guys' thoughts on this would be, should I not do this since the raygun wasn't exactly designed to be centered? or do people commonly center their setbacks for days they want to ride park?
