So I brought it in to REI (where I bought it) and the guys in the shop were all "Oh yeah, Burton is 3-hole to 3-hole. The 4-holes are for other bindings".

This just seems insane to me that I can only move the bindings 1" at a time. If I want to widen my stance an inch I have to decide between moving one foot back 1" or the other forward 1" (bad idea, I realize). No option to move it 1" and keep it centered over the board.

I'll be calling Burton next...

I am. I'd be happy with three as long as they lined up with the 4-hole pattern.
