Useless YouTube Reviews

What is the point of these so called "reviews" on YouTube where some guy holds the snowboard and basically recites the product description. How did our sport get plagued with this useless junk mail.

Vendors please don't post a "review" for a board unless you have some qualified personal experience to relate. Leave the junk ad videos to Zappos.... or The House.

Agreed. Finding honest reviews on snow related products with specifics and first hand experience seemed to get challenging at times.

+1 It's excruciating to watch a bunch of barely coherent halfwits hold a board up and mutter, stutter, their way through reading the sticker on the top sheet...why don't these companies allocate any money to marketing and get a reasonable video production team to help with describing their product range? Or just don't do it in the first place.

Not a good idea to get Bob from the assembly line to pitch your all mountain twin, or jimbo from sales who looks hungover to fck mess up his three lines describing that 600 bucks pow deck. Fkn amateurs.

Most people are doing it so they can get some free product.

This is one of the best reviews I've ever seen. Saw it when I was buying my T6 a few years ago. They actually take it out and ride the thing, although the rider isn't the best in the world, he does a pretty good job of demonstrating the board doing various things...
