Rome Artifact 153 or 156 ???

I ride Bear Mntn in the park mostly. But I want to be able to take it freeriding a couple times when I go on trips as well.

Im 5'8 - 5'9 and I weigh 160lb

Rome Artifact - should it be 153 or 156?
