hello.
i've been looking the the 2008 k2 world wide weapon. it seems like a really nice park board, but i also like to just cruise the groomed slopes and maybe do a little tree riding. If anyone has it or knows anything about it, please help me. How would the k2 WWW perform on groomed slopes or in the trees? thanks a lot. |

If you wanna ride those other things then I would steer a bit away from a park board exclusivly and try a general all mountain board. They still handle well enough in the park but offer better performance if you want to push it elsewhere on the hill, especially through trees. Maybe take a look at the Darkstar if your into K2, a good freestyle board but offers a bit more on the rest of the mountain.

A friend of mine has a WWW and loves it. I don't know what your ratios are, but he does about 75% park, 25% other. It handles well for the part of the day he's not in the park. If you're thinking more along the lines of 50/50 riding, most deffinately look elsewhere.

Thats good advice! The Darkstar is in your price range it handles a bit better out of the park vs. the WWW. |
