Default Lightweight looking for a new board

Hi all. I'm new to the forum. Thanks for the wealth of info offered here.

I added snowboarding to my bag of activities in '09. As if I don't have enough equipment from mountain biking, wakeboarding, surfing, sailing, SUP, etc., I'm looking for a new stick.

I picked up a Forum Destroyer 148 and Ride Delta binding for my first board in '09. I'm now 36 and don't ride as much park now. I'll take a pass through the S-M parks on occasion but, I mostly enjoy charging the runs, playing on the sides, the occasional trail and pow runs whenever I can get 'em. I continue to work on improving my switch riding.

I'm looking for something that's still fun to play on but, more stable at speed. I'm capable of 40-45 mph on a regular basis with a max of 47. However, anytime I get over 40, the Destroyer starts chattering and if there's a sudden patch of ice hidden in the run, it's easy to blow an edge. I'd like something with better edge hold and stability at speed so I can work on improving that too.

Last bits of info. I'm 5'5" @ 130 lbs. and wear size 9 boots. We spend about 10 days at Snowshoe (WV) each season and the rest is spent at Sugar or Beech in NC when we can fit it in. We plan to get out west each year but, have only made it once thus far.

Thanks in advance!

Forgot to mention: I've looked around and thought I'd hit the jackpot when I found the NS Ripsaw. However, for some weird reason, they aren't releasing a 153 until next year. I also found the Rossignol One Magtek. Though, it seems to be the exact opposite with regards to the camber/rocker profile. I also looked at the Ride Machete GT. Though, I'm in no way limited to these.

Sorry for the bump. Just hoping to get some useful input so I can make an informed purchase and hopefully get some time on the board before our next trip to Snowshoe at the first of February.
