Default board damage.. day 2

well here it is... had my fried run over my brand new Proto HD today and now a chip is listed off the board... I'm wonder whats the best way to fix this / will NS cover it? Also, if i fix it on my own or have a shop do it will it be necessary for them / me to remove the chip or will they just glue / epoxy under it and clamp it down?

Here are some pics

Thanks for any help!

No NS won't warranty it, why should they? Will ford repaint your car when your friend backs into it?

Put some epoxy in the hole and clamp it down.

THAT CANNOT BE THE INDESTRUCTIBLE CARBONIUM TOPSHEET??? DID YOU RIDE IT OVER A REVOLVING DIAMOND TIPPED CIRCULAR BLADE?

Epoxy and clamp = good as new. Good advice for sure.

^+1. Just epoxy it and clamp to original shape. That's not a big deal.

actually the glossy NS topsheets are far less susceptible to chipping than the carbonium in my experience.

3M and Loctite make good two part epoxy. Just read the back and check the temp rating and its resistance to water. And also what materials it works best with.

P.S. Don't go crazy with it. When you clamp it down it will push out the ends and make a mess. Just a little heads up
