Default Be mean to the B-Nice

I'm 99% sold on the Gnu B-Nice (is it "GUH-noo" or "Noo"?) but the guy at The Boardroom through a whole new spin on the issue and suggested a Never Summer Infinity. While I admit I like the sound of it, but my main concern is not really "pop" so much as it is straight-up control. I love the idea of MTX and since I never go into the park and only take the odd booter accidentally, a board to jump isn't a big priority for me.

Anyway, I've heard a million good things about Gnu and the specifically the B-Nice. Tell me something bad -- if such a thing exists. I want to hear about the draw-backs or anyone's bad experiences because I find those to be more revealing than good reviews.

Anyone? Bueller?

The Neversummer is going to be way more stable at speeds. Are you going thinking of the Infinity-R or just the regular Infinity. Not sure if you wanted rocker or not. The Neversummer rocker camber basically does the same thing as MTX/BTX.

Neversummer calls their version of MTX/BTX "Vario Power Grip", which instead of using a "serrated" edge like MTX, just uses different sidecut radii across the effective edge.

The Infinity-R is a very very solid board.. rides good in pow, I don't like it so much in chop, feels a bit "off".

And that is exactly why I've been looking so hard at the B-Nice. Reviews I've read say you can carve down a Spanish tiled roof and hold your edge. The biggest thing that the Infinity has over the B-Nice is that the Boardroom has one in stock in the size I want. Gnu's seem to be sold out all over town...

OMG BCsnowboardchik I owe you a beer and a monster high-five! I have called so many places and thought I had turned over every rock on the internet -- I am so stoked that you found it -- they had one left in my size! Amazing!
