Salomon Villain vs. Classicks

Upon research i have turned up with nothing substantial. I am curious what the differences are between a salomon villain and the villain classicks. From what i can determine the classicks version is just a bit more damp?

I have a hard time de-coding the stupid over-technical language the companies use so any comments would be much appreciated

P.S. if the angry snowboard would comment on this i'd be quite pleased! You have a great review of the standard version!

I think there may be no difference at all. I havnt looked into it but I know with the Sabotage it is the exact same board with a slightly lighter, more basic/"classic" top sheet. Hope that helps.

i think the classicks just have an extra rubber layer in the laminate process. Should be a very subtle ride difference. really is mostly graphics. I like my villain a lot, i have been riding it instead of my banana magic every day this season.

Dude, suckin at somethin' is just the first step to bein' sorta good at somethin'

sabotage classics is just different paint job, which results in different looks and ~150g (5oz) lighter board.

dont know how in 2013, but in 2014 it is clearly stated, that assasin and villain classics hase extra dampening layer and Area 51 base instead of sintered eg, area 51 should be faster one. Speaking about 2013 sabotage and sabotage clasics, the only different is top layer colour and mateliar, which leads to classic beeing slightly lighter, dont know nothing about 2013 assasin and villain.
