Default New needing suggestions

I'm looking to buy a new setup to get back into snowboarding (after stopping for a few years) and would like opinions!

I'm 25 yrs old, 175-180lbs, 6ft1 tall, size 11-11.5 boots, budget is 500ish (canadian) total.

I found a brand new Burton Bullet 157 for sale in my area for 275 so I'm strongly considering it. Is it an OK board just for typical (freeride) use? Is 157 an OK length for my dimensions? I used to use a 158 (crappy brand "Rage") board and it was ok for me but I have nothing else to compare too...

Any suggestions for bindings and boots or feedback on other boards that might suit me would be appreciated.

I would say that would be a good board for your size.

I wouldnt get any boots with pull string lacing systems. I had solomon pull string boots and they always losen. Then this year i bought burton moto boots with pull strings and they loosen also. They just dont stay tight.
