Anyone ridden / owned a Weston or Trapper snowboard

Looking for feedback on these boards? Some amazing craftsmanship coming from the US / North American area in regards to quality handmade boards. Feel free to list / recommend others to peep.

Trapper QC is complete garbage according to my guy in Revy that has on more than one occasion tried to work on projects with them. One can be amazing the other can be horrendous.

Weston is still figuring things out. The first batch of boards were made by Monson, he's now doing his own boards in Glenwood Springs area. They're still rough and need some work to make them on par with other U.S. manufacturers.

The best hands down U.S. finished product I've seen to date comes from Michigans MarHar those guys have figured out clear coats, carbon webbing, base finishes, and sidewalls. They're comparable to an Austrian or Chinese finished product.

Cheers for the answer BA

Agree with the perspective of Marhar. I've owned Archaic and Regent.

Just wanted to get a feel for quality craftsmanship but its appears Nate and Josh are dominating the Michigan scene if not wider
