Default Rusty edges

My new board already has a bunch of rust on the edge! How do I clean it off, and how do I keep it from happening again?

Just take a stone to it. To keep it from happening store your board in a place wear the water will evaporate quickly.

A thin coat of WD40 will keep rust away.

EDIT: Apply it only to the metal edges.

Went to the store after work, got a stone, and took care of it. Thanks!
