Question about forward lean !!
Hey I was just wondering what the purpose is of adjusting your forward lean? How would it benefit you, or is it just a personal preference kinda thing?
Any help would be great thanks :)

more forward lean makes you bend your ankles more, which makes you bend your knees more, which makes you bend you hips more, whcih makes your entire body more 'dynamic / aggressive'.
but yar, personal choice. experiment and find what works for you
