I'm not a fan of Bolle, but they make OK goggles.
How about these in your price range? Smith Scope Oakley Proven (make sure it's a dual-lens) Gordini Ultra Vision

Go try some on and find a pair that fits you best. You'd be surprised on how much they vary. Lens quality is the same as sunglass quality. Do you want a $10 pair of sunglasses or do you want a $150 pair of oakleys? Personally, I always buy the higher end goggles, take care of them and they'll last you a while. I prefer the Smiths because of their frames and they make good lenses. A few of the goggles are now coming with extra lenses included wich is an excellent idea and should have come out years ago!

I have a few pairs of Bolles and I've always liked them. The vermillion gun lens on the pic is pretty good for a wide variety of sun levels too. Like others said, you can spend $150 on them, but then you have to worry about them. Get the $40 pair, or whatever the price that fits right, and don't worry about it when you throw them in the trunk and they get scratched cus they were only $40.
