Default Scratches!!! What is normal and can they be fixed?

First day with the NS. Got these...anything to worry about? Hate seeing a new board get scratched up.

These guys and gals are all lying to you. The board isn't going to ride the same anymore, you might as well throw the board away OR just send it to me for 50 bucks. Thanks..
