08 twin w/ custom bindings? - Snowboarding Forum

08 burton twin with burton custom bindings, would they go together well?
a friend has cartel bindings on his 07 twin, he likes those a lot but i need to save some money if i can. so would the custom bindings go well?
haha and if so, white or black?

I've had Customs, and honestly... I hated them. I didn't like how they felt, and they were pieces of shit. Within a month I had to call Burton and have them send me new Rachets. Maybe I got a bad pair, I don't know. Just my $.02

I have the 07 cartels but have never used them. The have a lot of cool features: completely padded baseplate, team skybacks, skyback angle adjuster, forward lean settings, changable cap strap, adjustable baseplate length, and they're light weight. I bought them because from what I heard, their the best bindings for the money. Plus I paid 1/2 price

Cartels are good bindings. Get whichever you prefer!

i know i just can't make decisions very well, haha basically i like both. i kinda want white boots, black or white bindings? haha

I got last years cartels in black. The black is like shiny and looks nice as hell. Its got like the little sparkles in it like car paint.

the reason i'm going with the twin is because my sister is dating a guy who has one, used once so he's gonna give me a good deal on it. it's the right size for me - 155.
