how do i adjust the toe ramp on faction forum bindings

I bought a pair of forum faction bindings, along with a nitro target board and a pair of northwave legend boots. It's my first set, and i can't wait to try them out.

One thing that i can't figure out though, is how to adjust the toe ramp on these bindings. The manual is very very vague and just shows an illustration of the bottom with the ramp highlighted and two arrows pointing forwards. Ok, i figure out that they're supposed to be adjusted, but how?

The plastic seems kinda flimsy, i don't want to force it.
