390s highback - Snowboarding Forum

hey guys
I just got a pair of 390s rode them twice and on the third time out when i went to strap in my third time down the highback was cracked. Ive read a lot about how great Romes customer service is so I sent them an e-mail thursday night to the warranty department and haven't heard back. Is there a better way to get in touch with them? I want to get a replacement as soon as I can.

they're definately reply soon with some good information.
rome's customer service is the best ive ever experienced.
just wait, or if you cant, give them a call.

I looked for a number on their site but couldn't find one. looked like e-mail was the only way to contact them.
