Default Forum Manual

So I just got a K2 Happy Hour and love the board, but it's a little stiffer than I expected it to be and after trying it out on some park...decided I actually liked doing rails and jibs and buttering and am looking for a specific board to do that as I'd like to keep the K2 Happy Hour for more of a all mountain board. And why not buy another board?

So I was checking out evo for cheap boards and saw that Forum Manual is only $180. It's the 147 which I weigh 155 pounds so it puts me close to the middle of the weight range but was wondering if anyone had any experience with this board or know if it'd be worth that price? Looking for a really good buttering board. Any and all help is greatly appreciated as always! Thanks!

I personally wouldn't want a 147 at your weight, but it sounds like you're looking for a board just to dink around on so it may work for you.

I thought it was a little low to but the weight recommendation was 120-180 the 147, and 140-200 the 150.

I have a 156cm and weight 170lbs. It's a pure jib board, but on good snow days i've been able to do a bit of all mountain.

It is very flexible (noodle), very forgiving, ollies pretty nicely and floats ok. Holding edges or going fast on hardpack/icy conditions is sketchy at best. But for low speed fun, or for scrubbying like a boss, i think it's nice.
